I owned a 882 ssv about 15 years ago and loved the accuracy but hated the balance of the rifle with that synthetic stock. Any help would be appreciated. Ive read that the 917v stock might work. I recently got a .22 Mag Marlin XT (forget the exact model) with stainless barrel and action, factory laminated stock. Tube fed. I have had a 782 and an 882. This tube-fed model outshoots them both.
