AFAIK, the Winchester 980 fps load can only be duplicated with WaaLite powder. The Hodgdon site still lists loads for WaaLite, but it is no longer manufactured. You can find data for subsonic loads, and they will recoil less than a standard 1200 fps load, but the 980 load was and is a one off load. I went to the CB4100 from the CB1100-12 which gave me zero fouling but dished crimps.
