I have a 07 Honda Element AWD. my problem is that every couple of weeks to couple of months I get a P0420 and then shortly afterwords I get a P2646 rocker arm actuator oil control valve stuck on/off code. Within a mile of the shop it blew P2646 code. Took it to my mechanic, he did a oil test and thats how I know what was put in the car.There is'nt much troubleshooting you can do without an oil pressure gauge.
