If you have a DPS build you're better off giving Memento a miss. Memento sounds great on paper, with 30% potential short term and long term buffs, but because of the way of maff, it works out to 24% damage boost total, and that's if you've maxed out the long term buff (30 trophies collected). Just the short term buff alone is about 14%.
2 skill tiers come from the Vile mask and Golan back with Creeping Death talent, which gives you 4 foam ammo, spreads all stays effects and debuff damages enemies.
