The weekly raid will have all challenges turned on for you to attempt to clear. This is for people to complete triumphs. Completing the challenge gives an extra loot chest, but neither the regular loot nor the challenge loot are pinnacles. The only pinnacle comes from the actual completion loot of the raid. For dungeons, it's the same.
